MNY is about promoting well being and inspiring possibilities through yoga and mindfulness.
We offer Mindful Movement and Yoga classes that are designed to help you connect and discover your flow on the mat and in life. At the end of our sessions our aim is for you to feel energised, connected and positive.
Our classes are open to everyone and all levels.
We strive to introduce you to new ways to engage your body, mind and heart in a nurturing, kind and holistic manner that is unique for you.
We provide group and individual lessons to adults and children.
Specialised workshops and training are provided in the following areas:
1) Mindfulness for children
2) Mindfulness for teachers and your classroom
3) Baptiste inspired workshops focusing on self inquiry, yoga practise and mediation.
4) Yoga for BJJ
