The pace of the class is very good, and I like that the teacher keep asking us to challenge ourselves and at the same time reminding us to listen to our body.

There is more personal training/guidance from the teachers, whereas the teacher from the community center (where I attended yoga before) seem to focus on her own pose.

Initially was to have a good stretch and to relax. After learning about the various posture, I hope to get stronger to be able to do crow pose and etc. I realized I can be this flexible/strong.

More personal touch versus other fitness/Yoga classes where you just complete the set and leave the class.

I love Savasana and the nice treats after class. Most importantly, I am able to sleep well every time after yoga.
