MNY mindful movement and yoga classes, not only helps to keep bodies physically fit, it also focuses on encouraging a healthy mind and emotions. We strive to give the children time to develop their “heart”. In addition skills to fine tune the children’s focus and concentration are worked on in a fun and engaging manner.

With regular practise mindfulness and yoga will enable them to more readily thrive and grow in our modern society which so often is filled with multiple stimulations and distractions.

Classes encourage children to make connections as well as supporting and looking after each other, the community and the wider environment in which we all live. 

Yoga and mindfulness practise can greatly help our children in many aspect of their everyday lives. By introducing them to the practise at any early age, we are providing them with resources and skills to live a more holistic and joyful life. We wish to develop a strong, healthy and sustainable body and mind connection in our children. This is why we at MNY are committed to providing tailored classes for our children that are engaging  and meaningful.

The classes will be structured yet flexible, adapted to the specific needs and abilities of your children.  The classes will incorporate some of the following:

  1. Mediation, grounding and breath work

  2. Physical movements and asanas

  3. Games

  4. Creative storytelling

  5. Group mindfulness
