Yoga and movement classes

Designed so you can find your own authentic flow and feel good after each practise. Each session provides options for all students so they can listen and follow what is right for them on that day. All classes are guided by a theme that relates your practice to your life.

Handstand workshop series

What is it like to be experiencing the world upside down? You will learn an effective method which gives you the necessary tools, techniques and confidence to safely practice and perform a freestanding handstand.

Movement

Movement is key. When you start moving intentionally, you live abundantly. Our human body is design to MOVE and be active rather than stay sedentary, which is sadly the case these days. In fact, when we are trained to move optimally by finding our dynamic sweet spot, we get to live MUCH fuller and fulfilling lives, where our energies are used more effectively instead of making us feel tired, burnout and sore.

Nutrition

Another aspect of living optimally is what we consume. This is where you explore and discover your own nutrition needs rather than following those fad diet plans out there because our bodies worked uniquely for each and everyone of us. That said, food is just one of the aspect of nutrition. We also help curate experiences on how we feel, move, think and what we expose our senses to - food for our heart, mind, body and soul.

 

Yoga

When we unite all these principles of living, moving, breathing, consuming and experiencing, we tap into our highest potential as a human being.
